Position

The role of Senior Specialist of HR Digitalization will be an integral member of the HR Analytics & Digital team. The purpose of this role is to maintain, configure, and enhance the organization’s HR systems to ensure they run smoothly, securely, and in line with business needs. The role is responsible for implementing digital workflows, managing system changes with vendors, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and supporting HR teams with reliable tools for employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital workflows to improve employee lifecycle management.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure alignment on system architecture and roadmap.
  • Monitor and report system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy configurations and customizations in SuccessFactors and related systems.
  • Work with vendors to get system changes implemented at fast pace.
  • Ensure system security and access protocols are up-to-date with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, local data privacy laws).
  • Drive adoption of digital platforms through communication plans and user engagement strategies.
  • Analyze system usage metrics to inform decision-making and future investments.
  • Support internal audits and risk assessments related to HR technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, change management, and system lifecycle development.
  • Experience working in global organizations with exposure to multi-country HR system implementations.
  • Familiarity with middleware and integration tools such as SAP CPI.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and system interoperability.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and digital solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in AI, including emerging technologies.
  • Strong skills in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with HR, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align HR digitalization with organizational goals.
