Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations and configurations of Oracle Fusion Financials and Project Management modules.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client business processes and gather business requirements.
- Develop functional designs and solution architectures.
- Execute test plans for successful implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and consultation to clients on Oracle Fusion Finance and Projects.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, implementing efficient configurations and customizations.
- Deliver end-user training and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating project risks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting and expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management.
- Oracle Fusion certifications (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
