Senior Specialist - P2P & Contract Management

What You’ll Deliver

• Oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
• Ensure purchasing data integrity and Purchase Order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
• Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle; design and test procurement controls in alignment with established guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws as well as the company policies.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle), Tejari, and advanced Excel.
• Professional procurement qualification, e.g., CIPS.
