Position

The B2B Product Marketing team for Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa is looking for a Senior Specialist, Product Marketing to drive our products and solutions growth. The B2B Product Marketing team is responsible for fueling the business in partnership with Product and Sales organizations. The ideal candidate will be able to craft the right messaging for the company's products & solutions and partner with customers to help drive common business objectives; is highly motivated and able to navigate between B2B and B2C audiences.

Role
In this position, you will:

  • Lead product marketing related to core payments projects including consumer cards, digital products, and acceptance.
  • Support the core payments leads to go-to-market or grow with the relevant B2B, B2B2C or B2C marketing plans.
  • Lead B2B2C content creation and marketing templates for our customers to use on their channels.
  • Champion our passion-driven card propositions partnering with local marketing. Define plan, identify opportunities, analyze and report on performance.
  • Assist the team in B2B content creation such as sales materials, thought leadership, case studies, narratives, videos across a diverse suite of the company's products & solutions.
  • Organize customers or industry events participation end-to-end for specific business or product functions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product, sales, sourcing, finance, compliance, and legal.
  • Liaise with suppliers and agencies to oversee execution of projects in alignment with global marketing guidelines.
  • Keep track of marketing budget, forecast, and accruals.
  • Analyze the results of projects and programs, identify successes, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Have previous experience in a Marketing role.
  • Have previous experience in payments, banking, technology, or FMCG.
  • Be able to see the bigger picture and at the same time dive deep into the details.
  • Be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and always looking for efficiencies.
  • Be able to understand different angles of the same story: for B2B, B2B2C, or B2C audiences.
  • Be a strong communicator, able to build long-term relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization and external partners around the world.
  • Be passionate about technology, able to quickly grasp or ask the right questions to understand how the tech works and able to translate or explain into simple narratives.
  • Combine an academic mindset (e.g., a love for writing in-depth analyses) and at the same time, be agile for more execution-related projects (e.g., always finding solutions and taking initiatives to get things done).
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Be an expert in Excel, creating presentations, and managing complex admin processes.
  • Have fluency in English. Arabic, French, Turkish, or other languages from the EEMEA region is a plus.
