Responsibilities
- Accountable for the full end to end project management lifecycle (Business Requirements, Design, Planning, Execution and Handover) in line with business expectations of quality, cost and schedule.
- Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to design and implement fit for purpose solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently and within limits.
- Establishing and monitoring project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay on track.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Qualifications
- Demonstratable Project Management experience delivering complex and multi-faceted projects within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on AI and GPU projects.
- A bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
- Proficiency in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
