Senior Specialist - Project Management

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project management professional to join the AI Factory business unit. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across product, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional communication, align project timelines, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the full end to end project management lifecycle (Business Requirements, Design, Planning, Execution and Handover) in line with business expectations of quality, cost and schedule.
• Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to design and implement fit for purpose solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and task execution.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial resources are used efficiently and within limits.
• Establishing and monitoring project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay on track.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications

• Demonstratable Project Management experience delivering complex and multi-faceted projects within the tech industry, preferably with a focus on AI and GPU projects.
• A bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
