Senior Specialist - Project Management

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project management professional to join the AI Factory business unit. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination across product, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional communication, align project timelines, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Vendor relationship management will also be a key responsibility.

The Senior Specialist - Project Management will act as the primary liaison between the product, engineering, and operations teams, driving seamless project execution by ensuring that all deliverables are on track, completed on time, and meet both quality and business requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using appropriate tools and methodologies, while also managing vendor relationships, communication, and performance tracking. This role involves facilitating team meetings, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Additionally, it is responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks and blockers to maintain momentum, and for providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the full end-to-end project management lifecycle (Business Requirements, Design, Planning, Execution, and Handover).
• Developing comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and task execution.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
• Establishing and monitoring project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
• Maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Utilizing project management tools to track progress and evaluate team performance.
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrable project management experience delivering complex and multi-faceted projects, preferably in the tech industry with a focus on AI and GPU projects.
• A bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
• Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and controlling costs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and GPU technologies, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Familiarity with the tools and platforms used in AI and HPC environments.
