Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance E&I II

About the Job:
Lead, organize, and coordinate technical issues, providing assistance and maintenance support for maintenance work activities. Your role will involve conducting quality and safety checks to ensure that repair and maintenance work on all related equipment is completed safely and effectively. You will also suggest methods to improve and standardize existing work practices while developing the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.

Key Accountabilities:

• Comply with all EHSS regulations and ensure full compliance during day-to-day activities.
• Develop the maintenance team in terms of skills and knowledge in coordination with supervisors and superintendents.
• Support supervisors and technicians in troubleshooting failures and carry out pre-inspection checks.
• Develop and review safe work instructions and checklists, ensuring required documentation is available and up to date.
• Identify causes of equipment failures and suggest actions to resolve problems, taking plant downtime and equipment criticality into account.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience for a bachelor's degree, or 15 years’ experience for an associate diploma in mechanical fields.

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees at various levels.
• Familiarity with computer applications and programs.
• Effective presentation and technical report writing skills.
