Key Responsibilities:
- Own and implement standardized reporting frameworks, structures, templates, and tools aligned with PMO and organizational standards.
- Establish data standards; set definitions, metrics, KPIs, and data quality rules to ensure consistency across projects.
- Set up and optimize reporting systems, dashboards, and data flows.
- Produce timely portfolio reporting and insights for senior leadership and steering committees.
- Define reporting cadence and governance, ensuring timely collection of reporting inputs.
- Automate data collection and validation when possible, maintaining accuracy and integrity of reported information.
- Provide guidance and training to PMO teams on reporting standards and processes.
- Enable real-time visibility using BI dashboards to minimize manual reporting efforts.
- Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project and Portfolio reporting, with at least 2 years of experience in data center or GPU-related roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with reporting requirements, tools, and structures for continuous improvement.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio reporting.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in data center builds, cloud/GPU infrastructure programs, or technology capital delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, project management certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM).
