Senior Specialist - Reporting and Insights

The company, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is driving transformative technology solutions globally. The role of Senior Specialist - Reporting and Insights requires the individual to own the reporting and insights for the Project Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of Greenfield GPU projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the reporting frameworks, implementing standardized reporting structures, templates, and tools aligned to PMO and organizational standards.
• Establish data standards, setting clear definitions, metrics, KPIs, and data quality rules to ensure consistency and comparability across programs and projects.
• Set up and optimize reporting systems, dashboards, and data flows.
• Produce timely portfolio reporting and insights for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Define reporting cadence and governance ensuring reporting inputs are gathered in a timely fashion.
• Automate data collection, validation, and consolidation where possible.
• Implement checking procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported information.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and training to PMO teams on reporting standards and processes.
• Enable real-time/near-real-time visibility using BI dashboards and other reporting tools to minimize manual effort.
• Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews; connect delivery metrics to outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: Direct experience in PMO reporting, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering portfolio reporting and insights with at least 2 years of data center and/or GPU experience seen as highly preferable.
• Technical Knowledge: Reporting requirements, templates, tools, and structures to ensure continuous improvement in project and portfolio reporting.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio reporting.
• Degree of equivalent experience.
• Power BI expertise and experience.
• Professional skills: analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, detail orientation, proactive approach, and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Domain exposure (preferred): Data center builds, cloud/GPU infrastructure programs, or digital/technology capital delivery, with familiarity of dependencies across facilities, networks, and compute.
• Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300); project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM).
