This role involves collaborating with business analysts, infrastructure leads, solutions architects, application owners, security assessment teams, security operations, data privacy teams, and third-party vendors to support operational needs and align with security objectives. The individual will design and implement a Security Architecture Framework based on security-by-design principles and global security standards, ensuring all implementations comply with this framework.

Responsibilities:
- Develop actionable security blueprints, principles, models, designs, standards, and guidelines.
- Build consensus around principles of security architecture and provide subject matter expertise on cloud security, network, endpoint, mobile, and data security.
- Conduct security assessments of existing and proposed systems, identifying gaps and recommending compliance solutions.
- Propose security controls for new integrations with existing systems and evaluate security for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate cybersecurity requirements according to policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on secure design, architecture, and risk assessments.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity architectures in large, complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based cybersecurity principles, compliance standards, and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services and features relevant to governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
- AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Security Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CASP+, CySA+, Security+, etc.
