Come join us!Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect (SA), who will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designing machine learning solutions that leverage AWS services to automate solutions and drive down costs for customers. The Specialist Solutions Architect will partner closely with the Data and Analytics Business Development and Sales teams, to enable large-scale customer use cases and drive the adoption and revenue of AWS ML/AI solutions. The Machine Learning Specialist SA will develop white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to enable customers and partners to fully leverage AWS ML/AI services. The SA will also create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help other SAs understand how to integrate AWS ML solutions into customer architectures.AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities:
- Evangelizing current and future AWS services and technologies
- Building and maintaining technical trusted advisor relationships with influential technical decision makers for the successful adoption and deployment of AWS services and technologies
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to create and execute business plans to accelerate the adoption of AWS, exceed revenue goals, and drive customer satisfaction
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
- Identifying customer requirements and providing 'voice of the customer' feedback into appropriate AWS services teams
- Open to travel up to 25%
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in design/implementation/consulting of Machine Learning/AI/Deep Learning solutions
- Strong expertise with classification models
- Solid grounding in statistics, probability theory, data modeling, machine learning algorithms and software development techniques and languages used to implement analytics solutions
- Deep experience with data modeling and Big Data solution stacks, using and adapting to new technologies
- Technical degree with statistical fundamentals required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Technical consulting and architecture with large-scale engagements
- Experience communicating effectively across internal and external organizations, for complex mission-critical solutions
- Experience with predictive analytics, semi- and unstructured data
- Experience deploying production-grade machine learning solutions on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
