Senior Specialist, Strategy

The strategy team within talabat is a multicultural team of ex-consultants and industry veterans. As a Senior Specialist, you will work on a wide range of high-priority projects. In this role, you will address challenging business and analytical problems, including growth strategies and performance assessments of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and measure the strategic growth of our new ventures projects.
• Work with the team to implement innovative strategies to drive the success of new business opportunities, define success metrics, and identify new paths of growth.
• Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making, responding to the dynamic nature of talabat operations.
• Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessments on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment to achieve goals.
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in a strategy role within the food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting industries.
• Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) – comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel and/or Google Slides/Sheets.
