Position

The Senior Specialist - Transformation will focus on improving processes, leading transformation programs, and supporting data analysis initiatives. The successful candidate will monitor and identify opportunities for enhancements across key business areas while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. They will conduct thorough analyses of complex business challenges and oversee the full process from problem identification to the recommendation and implementation of new methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement:

    • Monitor and identify opportunities for process improvements across key business areas.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance business process quality and efficiency.
    • Conduct detailed analyses to guide the resolution of complex business challenges.
  • Transformation Programs:

    • Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation projects.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and identify transformation needs.
    • Support the development of change initiatives business cases and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Develop project plans and governance structures to facilitate efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Data Analysis:

    • Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business challenges.
  • Reporting & Communication:

    • Create detailed reports and executive presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Present analysis results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration and Support:

    • Establish effective relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders.
    • Lead cross-functional discussions to address business needs.
  • Compliance and Governance:

    • Maintain documentation of projects to support transparency and reproducibility.
    • Uphold data privacy and security measures in analytical activities.

Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in project/program management, transformation, or change management roles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a PMO function.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Certifications in MS Power BI, Data Analysis, and Project Management are preferable.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of transformation and initiative management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).

Work Conditions:
