Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:
- Monitor and identify opportunities for process improvements across key business areas.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance business process quality and efficiency.
- Conduct detailed analyses to guide the resolution of complex business challenges.

Transformation Programs:
- Lead the planning and development of large-scale transformation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and identify transformation needs.
- Support the development of change initiatives business cases and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop project plans and governance structures to facilitate efficient delivery of initiatives.

Data Analysis:
- Utilize statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to address specific business challenges.

Reporting & Communication:
- Create detailed reports and executive presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Present analysis results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Collaboration and Support:
- Establish effective relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to address business needs.

Compliance and Governance:
- Maintain documentation of projects to support transparency and reproducibility.
- Uphold data privacy and security measures in analytical activities.
Experience Required:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project/program management, transformation, or change management roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a PMO function.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Certifications in MS Power BI, Data Analysis, and Project Management are preferable.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of transformation and initiative management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
