Position

As a Strategic Alliances Manager – SAP, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company’s strategic partnership with SAP across Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf region. You will be responsible for defining and executing the joint SAP–the company go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize pipeline generation, solution adoption, and customer success. This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, and the ability to navigate both SAP and customer ecosystems in the public and private sectors.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP alliance strategy for Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with regional and global the company–SAP objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP leadership, partner management, and account teams in the region.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans covering enablement, co-selling, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and coordinate with the company Sales, Presales, and Marketing to achieve revenue goals.
  • Support strategic pursuits and deal execution, positioning the company solutions as an integral part of SAP-led transformations (S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and communication across all levels.
  • Report on pipeline influence, partner performance, and joint KPIs to regional leadership.
  • Represent the company at SAP events, ecosystem briefings, and key industry forums.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, channel, or enterprise sales roles, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in building and managing strategic alliances with SAP or major GSIs / technology partners.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP’s go-to-market model, including RISE with SAP, cloud offerings, and partner engagement models.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and Gulf enterprise software markets.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
