We are seeking an accomplished Senior System Admin Engineer to lead the strategic execution of paid acquisition initiatives for a premium off-plan real estate portfolio across diverse international markets. This pivotal role involves:
- Driving high-value B2C customer acquisition globally by engaging investors and end-users.
- Building and scaling a robust B2B broker and partner acquisition ecosystem to enhance international market reach and accelerate distribution growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, international audience acquisition, and data-driven growth strategies, with the ability to translate marketing investments into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of system administrators, providing direction, guidance, and support.
- Manage and resolve incidents related to applications and services, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact.
- Identify and address recurring issues while implementing permanent fixes.
- Oversee planning, coordination, and implementation of changes to applications and services.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and utilization of applications and services, implementing optimization measures.
