The company is seeking a Senior System Admin Engineer to oversee the administration, configuration, and management of applications and services across the company, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. The role involves managing application servers, databases, middleware, and other components of the application and service stack. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing incidents related to applications and services, coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Identifying and addressing recurring issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing permanent fixes.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing changes to applications and services while ensuring proper testing and documentation.
- Managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, coordinating support and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance and utilization of applications and services, implementing performance tuning measures.
- Ensuring security and compliance of applications and services with relevant policies and regulations, including data privacy.
- Maintaining documentation of application and service configurations, processes, and procedures, providing regular performance reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency in administration activities.

Qualifications: A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the same or related field, with a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
