Senior System Administrator – Microsoft Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Perform OS management, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including users, groups, organizational units, and domain controllers.
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (GPO).
• Administer File and Print Servers and related infrastructure services.
• Manage and support Windows Server clustering and high-availability environments.
• Use SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft infrastructure issues.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 services and related administration.
• Monitor system health, capacity, availability, and performance.
• Ensure infrastructure security, stability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with File/Print Services and Windows Clustering.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure environments.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure from Central Asian states within UAE or outside UAE.
