Senior System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in digital banking solutions, CRM, SMS banking, project management, and support management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support of digital solutions in a financial services environment.

Location: Ajman, Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12+ months, extendable to long term)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across banking domains (CRM, SMS, digital channels, customer experience platforms).
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, delivery, vendor coordination, UAT, and deployment.
• Provide production support for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), change validations, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis for digital platforms and applications.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, SMS banking solutions, and digital channel applications.
• Proven ability in support management for digital platforms, handling incident analysis, and vendor management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
