Location: Ajman, Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (12+ months, extendable to long term)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across banking domains (CRM, SMS, digital channels, customer experience platforms).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee end-to-end project management including planning, delivery, vendor coordination, UAT, and deployment.
- Provide production support for mission-critical banking applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), change validations, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis for digital platforms and applications.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in techno-functional roles, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, SMS banking solutions, and digital channel applications.
- Proven ability in support management for digital platforms, handling incident analysis, and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
