Senior System Analyst

The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and operational requirements across Ports & Terminals and translating them into effective IT solutions. The role works closely with Operations, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to enhance existing applications, introduce automation, and ensure systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing High-Level Design / Architecture based on demand and feasibility.
• Coordinating to complete Technical Specifications Documents.
• Ensuring IT Standards are followed to design applications that are scalable, reliable, and performance-oriented.
• Guiding System Analysts in creating Software Requirements Specification from Business Requirements Specification.
• Ensuring IT Security components are enabled throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Performing root-cause analysis for incidents, monitoring system performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Systems.
• Work Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in SDLC applied to software development projects.
