Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain infrastructure platforms for Windows servers, Linux, storage, backup components, and monitoring tools.
- Administer and enhance systems including:
- Windows Server Systems and Office 365
- Active Directory (maintenance and integration)
- Linux Servers
- Backup Systems (Veeam)
- Disaster recovery solutions to determine RTO and RPO
- Data Centre Hardware (servers, racks, UPS, etc.)
- AWS/GCP cloud components including EC2/GCP VMs, S3/GCP Buckets, load balancing, EKS, IAM, VPC
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Apps, Workspace, and Slack communications.
- Plan firmware, Windows/Linux OS, and security patches for all infrastructure systems.
- Negotiate vendor management services and maintain system technical standards.
- Manage a 3-2-1 backup rule data protection strategy.
- Complete daily and monthly reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 4-6 years of experience in technical support and administration of Windows/Linux OS environments.
- 1-3 years of experience in engineering or supporting virtualization and storage infrastructure.
- ITIL Service Delivery management qualifications (e.g., MCSE, Security) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Ability to work ad hoc hours at different locations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
