Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for advanced system and infrastructure incidents.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across Linux, VMware, networking, and virtualization environments.
• Design, configure, and support F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) platforms.
• Operate and maintain Infoblox DNS/DHCP services.
• Provide expert-level support for Linux (RedHat/CentOS) and VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Support routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, VRRP, and HSRP.
• Lead root cause analysis, drive remediation, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to Have:
Experience with Cisco virtualization technologies is a strong plus.
