Senior System Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Execute service projects with low to medium complexity as per work instructions, following the company standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Plan and execute work with a focus on achieving first-time right outcomes with customers.
• Collaborate with customers on-site to identify opportunities for improving operations and eliminating pain points.
• Execute service projects in partnership with the engineering team, performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing analysis via remote or on-site activities.
• Prepare material lists for service activities and ensure all needed materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and recommend proactive corrective actions.

Qualifications for the Role:

• More than 7 years of proven experience in automation engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in System 800xA engineering, installation, and troubleshooting, including system, hardware, and application coding.
• Excellent client-facing and technical communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking capabilities, and time management.
• Cyber Security experience and certifications are advantageous.
• Proficient in English (additional language skills may be preferred).
