Senior System Engineer

This position reports to the Local Service Operations Manager and is part of the Energy Industries Division, which serves a variety of sectors including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and water.

As a Senior System Engineer, you'll be involved in complex automation service activities such as installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs, ensuring compliance with the company standards and safety regulations. Your role will include delivering outstanding customer support, diagnosing technical issues, preparing engineering proposals, and ensuring effective project execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute automation service activities both remotely and on-site.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Diagnose complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare engineering proposals and contribute to knowledge management.
• Coordinate service resources for effective execution of projects.

Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in automation and DCS services, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in the company System 800xA engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
