Senior System & Infrastructure, Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, systems, networks, and infrastructure environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments.
• Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Implement infrastructure security controls and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to ensure reliable services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and IT best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
