Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and maintain Dell EMC PowerFlex infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Implement and manage Dell EMC PowerStore and other related Dell EMC storage and backup solutions.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for storage, compute, and virtualization infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors, third-party service providers, and government entities for timely project delivery, service integration, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and recovery protocols.
- Support compliance and security initiatives across all infrastructure layers.
Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing and administering Dell EMC PowerFlex environments (Mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience with Dell EMC PowerStore and other EMC storage and backup technologies.
- Solid understanding of enterprise storage, data protection, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience in vendor coordination and working with government entities or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and Windows/Linux server environments is a plus.
Language & Communication:
- Fluent in Arabic and English – both verbal and written communication.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Dell EMC Certified Specialist – PowerFlex
- Dell EMC Certified Implementation Engineer – PowerStore
- Other relevant Dell EMC or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
