Senior Systems Administrator – Dell EMC PowerFlex & PowerStore

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Dell EMC infrastructure, with a particular focus on PowerFlex and PowerStore technologies. This role involves proactive system management, vendor coordination, and compliance assurance, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across our IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, and maintain Dell EMC PowerFlex infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Implement and manage Dell EMC PowerStore and other related Dell EMC storage and backup solutions.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for storage, compute, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors, third-party service providers, and government entities for timely project delivery, service integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and recovery protocols.
• Support compliance and security initiatives across all infrastructure layers.

Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing and administering Dell EMC PowerFlex environments (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with Dell EMC PowerStore and other EMC storage and backup technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise storage, data protection, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience in vendor coordination and working with government entities or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware) and Windows/Linux server environments is a plus.

Language & Communication:

• Fluent in Arabic and English – both verbal and written communication.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Dell EMC Certified Specialist – PowerFlex
• Dell EMC Certified Implementation Engineer – PowerStore
• Other relevant Dell EMC or infrastructure certifications are a plus.
