Position

About the Role
You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server environments, which include Active Directory (AD), DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and SCCM. Your role also involves managing and supporting VMware infrastructure, encompassing technologies such as vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX. Additionally, you will configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Infoblox DNS and related infrastructure services. As part of your duties, you will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to enhance system administration, improve operational efficiency, and streamline routine infrastructure tasks. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and ensuring the overall reliability of Microsoft and VMware environments will be key components of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments, including AD, DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and SCCM.
Manage and support VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX technologies.
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Infoblox DNS and related services.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve system administration and operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintaining availability and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in systems administration and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and PowerShell.
Strong experience with VMware technologies, including vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX.
Experience administering and supporting Infoblox DNS solutions.
Strong knowledge of scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell.
Relevant certifications from major technology vendors, including Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL, are required/preferred.
