Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Lead and execute cloud migration projects.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like OCI, Azure, and GCP.
- Provision and manage virtual machines, containers, and other cloud resources.
- Manage cloud storage solutions for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, and business continuity for cloud-based systems.

On-premises Systems:
- Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere virtual environment.

Systems Administration:
- Manage server infrastructure including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer operating systems and services, including Office 365 services.
- Configure and manage email services and troubleshoot issues.

Endpoint Security:
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.
- Investigate and respond to malware infections and other endpoint threats.

Identity and Access Management:
- Implement identity and access solutions including Azure Active Directory and Single Sign-On.

Data Governance and Compliance:
- Implement and manage data loss prevention policies and compliance monitoring.

Automation and Scripting:
- Develop and implement automation scripts for administration tasks.

Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with IT teams and communicate technical information effectively.

- Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years in systems administration, O365, Exchange Online, and cloud computing.

Technical Skills:
- Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere).
- Experience with identity and access management solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator
- Cloud computing certification in relevant technologies
