We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (on-site). The Senior Systems Engineer will play a critical role in the planning, design, deployment, and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems. This position requires expertise in conducting site surveys, designing end-to-end solutions, coordinating with network teams, and troubleshooting issues. The engineer will also be responsible for evaluating drawings, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure requirements and feasibility for CCTV installations.
- Design comprehensive surveillance solutions, including camera placements, FOV Coverage, NVR/VMS integration, and network architecture.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Procurement teams to evaluate and select appropriate hardware and software components based on project requirements and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the network engineering team to design and configure network architecture for CCTV systems to ensure proper IP addressing, VLAN configurations, bandwidth allocation, and storage calculations.
- Work with various makes and models of VMSs/NVRs and their integrations for ensuring seamless functionality.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to cameras, storage, NVRs, and VMS software.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct technical inspections and audits to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards.
- Review and validate system drawings, layouts, and technical documentation submitted by contractors.
- Work closely with project managers, network engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of CCTV projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects, particularly in security or surveillance systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and system integration.
- CCTV certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is appreciated.
- Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% as required by the role, based on business needs and project requirements.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
