Job Objective:
- Lead system engineering activities required to develop effective solutions.
- Analyze customer and stakeholder needs through studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes.
- Define missions, functions, and requirements for products or solutions.
- Formalize specifications and architectural designs.
- Prepare and conduct integration, verification, and validation tests.
- Assist in defining technical specifications and subcontractor selections, considering export control restrictions.
- Serve as a direct technical interface with customers, engineers, solution providers, and technical specialists.
Roles & Responsibilities:

System Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design of integrated security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Security, Video Analytics, Command & Control Centers).
- Develop scalable, redundant, and high-availability security solutions aligned with operational requirements and compliance standards (HCIS 2017, GDPR, SAMA Cybersecurity).

Systems Integration & Validation:
- Oversee integration efforts for seamless communication between security subsystems.
- Optimize system functionality through rigorous testing and validation.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align security solutions with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical discussions.

Engineering Execution & Lifecycle:
- Define engineering processes for large-scale security implementations.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regular maintenance of system designs and configurations.

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:
- Lead troubleshooting efforts in case of system failures.
Language Requirements: Candidates must hold an SCE certificate or be registered in the Ministry of Labour portal in specified professions.
