Senior Systems Engineer

About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in our field sales efforts by providing proactive technical support during the sales process. You will lead the development and implementation of complex and specialized products, applications, services, and solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as creating detailed installations or system integration plans to ensure that customers receive innovative, relevant, and interoperable solutions tailored to their needs.

What You’ll Achieve
In this role, you will design and present solutions that meet customer requirements, enhance demo environments, and mentor associates on best practices. By providing crisp architectures and articulating measurable value, you will improve deal velocity and drive sales success.

Responsibilities
You will:

• Design solutions with clear architectures and value articulation.
• Enhance demo repeatability and lab stability.
• Support PoV (Proof of Value) execution and validate success criteria.
• Mentor associates and collaborate with sales on proposals.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales
• Proficiency in modern solution design and documentation
• Experience supporting PoVs and validating outcomes
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Track record of improving demo stability and reuse

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• AWS/GCP/Azure associate-level certification
