You will be a part of the Sales Engineering team at the company in Dubai, characterized by a collaborative culture that values teamwork and knowledge sharing. You will report to the SE Director, who employs a business-oriented leadership style that emphasizes outcomes over daily micromanagement.
Your Role:
- Provide technical skill support to the sales team to close deals and win customers.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, channel, and marketing teams for effective customer engagement.
- Deliver technical sales solutions to ensure customer adoption and proper utilization of software.
- Plan and execute customer visits to explore and understand business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of core products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve collective success.
- Achieve individual performance metrics tied to sales targets and customer engagement objectives.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a related customer-facing technology role.
- Demonstrated success in supporting large enterprises and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and the agility to adapt according to market demands.
- Deep expertise in virtualization, storage, AI, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and modern infrastructure architectures.
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and Line-of-Business leaders.
- Strong ability to work independently while partnering effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Recognized technical credibility to influence stakeholders through expertise and solution strategy.
- Experience serving as a technical thought leader, advisor, or evangelist within the industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
