About The Team:
The Service Provider team at the company is focused on delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to service providers across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This dynamic team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and creativity, fostering a culture where experienced professionals operate independently while also supporting one another. The mission of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) team is to enhance the delivery of the company's cutting-edge technologies in the managed services landscape, ensuring that partners receive the support and resources needed to succeed in a competitive market.

You will report to the Manager for Service Provider SEs in the EMEA region, who champions a supportive leadership style aimed at empowering team members to execute their roles effectively. The travel requirements for this role are expected to be around 40% initially, with potential to increase to 50% or even 60% as the region becomes busier. This translates to approximately 1 to 3 days of travel per week, although much work can be accomplished via virtual meetings.

Your Role:

  • Provide technical presales support to Service Provider sellers, addressing inquiries and facilitating solutions.
  • Conduct proposal development and sizing based on Service Provider data to drive business initiatives.
  • Organize and manage proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrations for partners.
  • Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to develop comprehensive technical strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Providers to support business objectives and drive mutual success.
  • Achieve set performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services offerings.
  • Identify the need for additional resources based on workload and performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by experimenting with new technologies and processes.
  • Work with the company Regional SE Manager to drive field pre-and post-sales alignment and engagement with partners.
  • Invest time to learn new technologies quickly and help partners adapt their solutions.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the Service Provider space and 10 years of customer-facing and/or technical experience.
  • Strong networking and virtualization skills.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures.
  • Solid understanding of VMware Cloud Director and/or Cloud Foundation (VCF).
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, and application blueprinting technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices.
  • Confident public speaking and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
