You will conduct and lead systems engineering efforts using industry standards such as ISO 15288:2023, INCOSE, ECSS, and NASA frameworks, ensuring robust architecture, requirements management, and mission success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders, particularly in communicating complex technical engineering concepts.
- Support model-based systems engineering for complex systems development.
- Define system architecture, including functional, logical, and physical architecture.
- Establish and maintain MBSE tools and configuration management.
- Manage requirements and transform them into the system domain.
- Transform customer needs into system requirements and architectures.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of space system development.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, interface control documents (ICDs), and system specifications.
- Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses to support design decisions.
- Support the integration and testing of hardware and software components in lab and field environments.
- Collaborate with platform, subsystem, and ground segment engineers to ensure cohesive system design.
- Contribute to mission planning, simulation, and operations support.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
- 7-10+ years of experience in space systems engineering or a related aerospace role.
- Preferred: INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional or equivalent.
- Engineering chartership in your home country.
