Key Responsibility Areas
- Aid with documenting and improving infrastructure systems architecture
- Maintain, monitor, update and secure infrastructure systems equipment and services
- Identify, diagnose and resolve systems-related incidents and problems
- Own and support backup governance, disaster recovery, business continuity, cloud, identity and hybrid platform operations
- Support ITIL governance, CMDB accuracy, knowledge sharing, vendor governance, procurement input, automation, project delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Required Education
Essential Education
- Relevant bachelor degree in computer science or ICT related field. Microsoft infrastructure certification such as MCSE/MCSA or modern Microsoft role-based equivalent.
Desired Education
- ITIL Foundation. VCP, CCNA, RHCE, vendor certifications for Dell/IBM/Fujitsu/NetApp, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator or equivalent.
Required Experience
Essential Minimum Experience
- At least 3 years experience in ICT systems support and design environment. For current enterprise scale and consolidated engineering delivery, 10+ years systems/infrastructure experience is preferred for senior-level delivery.
Desired Experience
- At least 3-5 years experience with backup and disaster recovery, hardware, virtualization technologies and relevant monitoring tools. Experience with hybrid cloud, Azure, Windows, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, storage, security hardening, automation, and enterprise healthcare operations is preferred.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge
- InterSystems IRIS mirroring, distributed caching and failovers
- InterSystems product patches/releases/builds
- Systems management and security on InterSystems IRIS domain
- TrackCare based infrastructure and platform
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
