Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) across the organization to identify skill gaps.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure programs enhance employee skills.
- Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions, including leadership development and technical training.
- Champion a mindset of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Design and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs.
- Partner with senior leaders to align learning strategies with business priorities.
- Coach and guide managers on team support and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in L&D, including strategy development and implementation.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful L&D programs.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align initiatives with business goals.
- Expertise in learning technologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset for measuring and reporting outcomes.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and training software/tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
