Position

About the Job:
The Senior Tech Partner is responsible for supporting the company Workplace and infrastructure equipment on-location at the company facilities in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Spark-Eastern Province (Abqaiq), with remote support to other sites in the cluster. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily deskside and remote IT support for end-users, including fault diagnosis, software/hardware troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Supporting and maintaining desktop IT systems and peripherals such as PCs, printers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Delivering Level 2 support for AV/conferencing equipment and assisting during special events like board meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing basic network troubleshooting and ensuring functional connectivity (wired/wireless).
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and group policies within a Windows AD domain environment.
  • Handling all support activities using ITSM tools, including ticket management with detailed documentation.
  • Executing PC refresh tasks involving configuration, data migration, and connectivity checks.
  • Conducting hardware break-fix services, warranty coordination, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Performing daily preventive maintenance walkthroughs of IT and server rooms to identify and report anomalies.
  • Facilitating physical access and compliance with the company’s security policies for infrastructure equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience in IT support.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • ITIL certification or experience in IT support is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and multi-country teams.
