Upon joining the Customer Success Technical Account Management team, you will have the chance to make a real impact on customers’ success and drive change within the company. As a TAM, you will prepare a well-organized five-week onboarding plan, engage with assigned customers, and build long-term relationships to align their technical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of customer relationships, focusing on their desired outcomes and optimizing their use of VMware technologies.
- Utilize a TAM playbook and tools to deliver technology roadmaps and best practice guidance.
- Identify performance optimization opportunities and provide industry insights to help customers achieve cost savings and reduce operational risks.
- Collaborate with global teams including Customer Success, Support, and Sales to guide customers effectively.
- Share your experiences and insights with the global TAM community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in two or more of the following technologies:
- VMware Cloud Foundation
- vSphere (vCenter and ESXi)
- NSX-T and Advanced Threat Protection
- vSAN
- Aria Suite of Products
- Site Recovery Manager
- vCloud Director (low priority)
- Certifications:
- Minimum VMware Certified Professional in one domain (multiple domains a plus)
- Preferred VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) and additional industry certifications such as PMP, CISA, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, CCNA/CCNP.
