Senior Technical Analyst, Consumer Finance Solutions

The Senior Technical Analyst for Consumer Finance Solutions is responsible for acting as a liaison between business and IT, facilitating the transformation of business requirements into effective solutions. This role involves planning and providing support while closely interacting with Relationship Teams/Managers to contribute to the strategic and business plans related to Retail and Central Operations applications. The incumbent aims to improve operational efficiency in processing Customer Finance applications and provide automated digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements from business and transforming them into effective solutions.
• Automating existing manual processes to enhance business operations.
• Playing a critical role in the digital transformation for retail finance solutions.
• Supporting business users in translating ADIB business requirements to vendors and vice versa.
• Understanding various aspects of Islamic finance processing, including Share Trading, Commodity Management, Retail Finance Repayment, and finance accounting.
