Senior Technical Analyst - Trading

The ideal candidate for the Senior Technical Analyst role in Dubai will have over 10 years of experience in the Wealth & Equity Brokerage Domain within Banking, managing production systems for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions. Candidates should be familiar with Advent tools such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, and Reachout, and have knowledge of TradeNet and core banking systems like ETHIX.

Technical expertise in databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PL SQL, and Postgres DB is essential, along with proficiency in Java and WebLogic. Experience with JIRA and Confluence, coupled with strong business acumen, is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Articulating and documenting business requirements for projects and change requests
• Providing technical support, assessments, and reports to the business
• Proposing technical recommendations and improvements
• Monitoring and managing incident and problem tickets to meet SLA requirements
• Staying updated on the latest technology trends and suggesting improvements
• Understanding data extractions and APIs related to systems like APC, Tradex, Inevestrack, and Syncova
• Providing periodic reports and monthly updates on ongoing initiatives to the business and PMO
• Coordinating with service teams and vendors for support issues, ensuring timely responses to service tickets
• Supporting ‘go-live’ and post-‘go-live’ activities for projects and any production releases.
