Senior Technical Analyst - Trading

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with 10+ years of experience in the Wealth & Equity Brokerage domain within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will manage production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage experience with Advent tools such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, and Reachout.
• Work with TradeNet and core banking systems, specifically ETHIX.
• Utilize databases including SQL Server, Oracle, PL SQL, and Postgres DB.
• Apply knowledge of Java and WebLogic in support of various system functions.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to manage projects and document business requirements for projects and change requests.
• Provide business support through technical assessments and reports, propose technical recommendations and improvements.
• Monitor incidents and problem tickets to ensure resolution before SLA breaches.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and suggest enhancements to products.
• Manage data extractions and APIs for systems like APC, Tradex, Inevestrack, Syncova, etc.
• Provide periodic reports and updates on ongoing initiatives to business and PMO.
• Coordinate with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond promptly to service tickets.
• Support "go-live" and post "go-live" activities for projects and any releases to production.
