Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms solutions.
  • Utilize Advent tools such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, and Reachout.
  • Work with TradeNet and core banking systems (ETHIX).
  • Database management experience with SQL Server, Oracle, PL SQL, and Postgres DB.
  • Proficient in Java and WebLogic.
  • Use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests.
  • Manage vendor service levels and quality of development.
  • Provide technical support, assessments, and reports to the business.
  • Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
  • Mitigate risks and address any audit points related to applications and processes.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and problem tickets within SLA.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Review vendor proposals and ensure completeness and quality.
  • Provide periodic reports and updates on ongoing initiatives to the business and PMO.
  • Follow up with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond swiftly to service tickets.
  • Facilitate UAT of projects and change requests adhering to quality control policies.
  • Support “go-live” and post “go-live” activities for projects and releases to production.
