Senior Technical Analyst - Wealth

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the Wealth Management domain within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will manage production systems for TEC-Digital Banking Platform solutions and possess expertise in various technologies and tools.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production systems within IT for TEC-Digital Banking Platforms.
• Utilize Advent tools such as APX, Tradex, Syncova, Advnet Investrack, and Reachout.
• Experience with TradeNet and core banking systems (ETHIX).
• Proficient in databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PL SQL, Postgres DB.
• Strong knowledge of Java and WebLogic.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Articulate and document business requirements for projects and change requests.
• Manage vendor service levels and quality of development.
• Provide technical support, assessments, and reports to the business.
• Propose technical recommendations and improvements.
• Mitigate risks and address audit points related to applications and processes.
• Monitor incident and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and suggest improvements.
• Review vendor proposals and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver periodic reports and updates on ongoing initiatives to business and PMO.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of projects and change requests.
• Support "go-live" and post-"go-live" activities for projects and releases to production.
