Key Responsibilities:
- Become a highly certified expert and help clients exceed their goals.
- Contribute to customer success through both front-end and back-end solution development and release management.
- Deliver high client satisfaction and provide expert guidance on application and integration best practices.
- Create technical design documents that leverage best practices and integrate into customers' infrastructures.
- Troubleshoot customer implementation issues and lead the resolution process.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems.
- Build relationships with business partners to contribute to broader goals.
- Mentor and educate both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience with implementation experience in CRM, ERP, or similar software solutions.
- 2+ years as an Architect or Senior Developer in mid to large organizations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture, integration technologies, and various implementation methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
- Strong independent working abilities and proven success in customer partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Expected to pursue certifications during initial onboarding.
