Senior Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant at Hitachi Energy is responsible for managing projects or processes independently, often with limited supervision. This role involves coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals and addressing complex problems. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the accuracy of Grid Automation asset data and maintaining databases for up-to-date customer asset information.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports for customers to facilitate risk-based asset condition and cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring.
• Supporting sales activities to promote Hitachi Energy's Grid Automation service offerings.
• Overseeing the handover of asset data to the Service Organization following project energization.
• Managing technical support cases, ensuring proper assignment to resources and tracking performance metrics against established KPIs and customer Service Level Agreements.
• Upholding Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.
