The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing dedicated on-site support for the Algo Credit Manager (ACM) solution within the client's production environment in Riyadh. This role involves consulting and ensuring the client receives high-quality service and guidance on their ACM instance. Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of the ACM solution, including daily batch runs and intraday monitoring.
- Issue management and troubleshooting on a 24/7 basis.
- Working with various stakeholders to deliver robust solutions and manage operational documents.
- Conducting regular on-call/stand-by support as required.
- Installing and upgrading the ACM solution in line with the client’s release cycle.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience with Algo Credit Manager (ACM) is highly desired.
- Degree (preferably numerate/technical) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting live production systems, preferably in banking.
- Proficiency in Linux and scripting (Groovy Script, Java Script, shell).
- Familiarity with middleware solutions, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and database essentials (SQL).
- Understanding of Core Java principles, messaging protocols (JMS, MQ), REST, and SOAP.
- Strong communication skills in English.
