In this role, as a Senior Technical Consultant on the ServiceNow Platform team, you will be an architect and trusted advisor to customers regarding product-agnostic core ServiceNow functionality. Your responsibilities include designing and configuring complex solutions and architectures using best practices to ensure customer success, thereby adding value and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to maximize their ServiceNow investment.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for projects, ensuring quality in delivered solutions.
  • Lead customer workshops on architecture (Cloud and On-Prem) and integrations.
  • Define and architect technical solutions attuned to client business needs.
  • Enable customers to define their business and technical requirements following Agile methodologies.
  • Design implementation solutions focusing on manageability, performance, user experience, and security.
  • Engage in hands-on development with various ServiceNow technologies like Flow Designer and REST.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and contribute towards continuous improvement in leading practices.
  • Mentor other team members and partner with pre-sales to scope service engagements.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through contributions to webinars and community groups.
  • Work and travel within the MEA region based on customer and project demands.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Consulting experience with the capability to influence enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with on-premise self-hosted environments and architecture.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as XML, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, and database principles.
  • Experience in advising and analyzing product strategies based on business priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
