Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a implementation.
- Lead deployment strategies during the project development as defined by our architectural layer (Source Code Management, and Deployment Standards).
- Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementational issues.
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment while following our Professional Services Methodology.
- Collaborate remotely with global teams for delivery across geographies.
- Act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, providing technical reference to the entire implementation team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid expertise in development on the platform.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality.
- Knowledge of JavaScript / Front-end design (HTML and CSS).
- Experience in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and Declarative (Low code) development.
- Experience in deployment practices/strategies.
- Experience delivering projects using Communications Cloud technology.
- Experience with GitHub and branch manipulation.
- Administrator Certification.
- App Builder Certification.
- Proficient Spanish speaker and Intermediate English speaker.
Desired Qualifications
- JavaScript Developer Certification.
- Omni Studio Consultant Certification.
