About the Role
We are looking for Technical Consultants to deliver brand new Cloud-based solutions and outcomes for our most sophisticated customers. Working closely with project teams and customer partners, you will design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. This role involves collaborating remotely with global teams to provide delivery across various geographies, applying agile methodologies, and acting as a team lead on multiple projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that implementations are executed effectively and efficiently while being adaptable to client needs.

Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of a implementation.
- Lead deployment strategies during the project development as defined by our architectural layer (Source Code Management and Deployment Standards).
- Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementational issues.
- Work in an agile and collaborative environment, adhering to our Professional Services Methodology.
- Collaborate as a Team Lead for multiple projects, providing technical guidance to the entire implementation team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid expertise in development on the platform.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality.
- Knowledge of Javascript / Front-end design (HTML and CSS).
- Experience in both Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) development.
- Familiarity with deployment practices and strategies.
- Experience delivering projects using Communications Cloud technology.
- Proficient in GitHub and branch manipulation.
- Administrator Certification.
- App Builder Certification.
- Language Skills: Fluent/Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus for the UAE/MENA region.
