We are seeking highly motivated Technical Consultants to provide dedicated on-site support to one of our clients in Riyadh, managing their Algo Credit Manager (ACM) solution in a production environment.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver specialist knowledge in the day-to-day management of the ACM solution, including issue management and release management of regular upgrades. You will be part of a dedicated team working 24/7 on-site to ensure the client receives the best possible support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the client’s Production Team with day-to-day management of ACM, issue and release management.
- Collaborate with SS&C stakeholders (product owners, development, and services teams) and Client stakeholders (Production, Infrastructure, and Development Teams).
- Manage daily batch runs and monitor ACM processes.
- Document and troubleshoot errors; file support tickets and track progress.
- Perform periodic on-call or stand-by support as required.
- Undertake setup and configuration of the ACM product, troubleshoot, and test installations.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience with Algo Credit Manager (ACM) is highly desired.
- A degree in a numerate/technical field or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting LIVE production systems, preferably in banking.
- Good hands-on experience with Linux and scripting (Groovy Script, Java Script, shell).
- Familiarity with middleware solutions and working knowledge of databases (SQL).
- Oral communication in English with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to address technical and business problems proactively and a desire to learn new technologies.
