Job Outline

• Provide technical consultancy and guidance within the technology area
• Develop IT solutions meeting customer requirements and conforming to corporate standards
• Design architecture/solutions ensuring expected availability, capacity, continuity, security, and performance
• Foster high performing technical teams to meet strategic objectives
• Collaborate with IT teams for ongoing monitoring and incident resolution
• Publish and maintain high-quality documentation for technology area
• Manage equipment/software end-of-life replacements within the technology area

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Proficient in advanced data science techniques for observability data analysis
• Hands-on experience with observability solutions and analytics tools
• Deep understanding of container management solutions and cloud services
